Directions for use Apply it to your armpits, inner thighs, crotch, nipples or feet before and during activity or as needed. The stick is best used in cooler temperatures below 70℉, while the tub is best in warmer temperatures up to 120℉. When using the tub, allow the salve to soften in the warmth of your hand and then apply generously.
