Equation Hood 3mm is the perfect eco-friendly surf hood to keep you warm in cold water. We make it with the latest Eicoprene technology, a non-petroleum-based synthetic foam derived from a mixture of oyster shell powder, limestone and recycled tires. To laminate the recycled polyester liner, we use Aqua-A™, a solvent-free water-based adhesive without harmful chemicals. The hood features an adjustable face opening with elastic drawstring, glued, blind-stitched, fully taped seams (GBS) for ample stretch when in the water, and dries quickly between sessions.
