Mini Bands are compact closed elastic rubber bands used specifically for warm-ups, activation exercises and rehabilitation in the gym or at home. Mini Bands offer new training methods for various step exercises, leg extensions, shoulder stabilization and for exercises to activate the buttocks. By combining Mini Bands with other muscle training exercises, you can effectively activate and develop the abdominal muscles. Only Strong (lavender).
