Power Band, Extra Strong

Gymstick Power Bands are a closed loop resistance band. They are much stronger and more durable than other commonly used resistance bands. Power bands can be used for strength and power training, speed and flexibility training, jumping and plyometric exercises, flexibility and joint mobility. Each Power Band is a 104cm loop (band total length 208cm) and can be safely stretched 250% from their original length. Available in five different resistance levels.
