The Wave technology is the well-known wavy plate located in the heel area. The plate provides both shock absorption and stability. In the Wave Rebellion, the Wave plate is fiberglass reinforced for extra propulsion and stability.
The Enerzy Lite material is 22% softer and 35% more energy-returning than previous Mizuno midsole materials. Enerzy Lite keeps the weight down without compromising on shock absorption and energy return.Outsole:
